The room was cleaned daily to a high standard by the housekeeping team. That was acceptable.
I found the room temperature was set to 23 degrees in summer! I had only a heavy duvet and foam pillows. This made for an uncomfortable night.

i found the room beautifully appointed the view from my room was lovely. the bar attached to the hotel provided a great space for a relaxing drink i had there. the staff were really nice too ensure my stay was comfortable and met my requests. they were very accommodating to my needs.
the rooftop closed early due to a quiet night that was very disappointing.

the location is excellent providing easy access to many key areas. it is within walking distance to a supermarket making grocery shopping very convenient. also a tram stop is nearby adding to the transport options for getting around

the rooms are spotlessly clean showing attention to detail in housekeeping. the layout of the room is one of the best i have seen in any hotel providing comfort. it feels designed with the occupant's comfort in mind

The room was modern and very clean. I loved comfy beds and daily housekeeping! The staff was friendly. It was easy to park right out front. I really enjoyed the hotel's great location, very nice city views, and convenient parking.
The service was bad. The front desk phone line was hard to get through.

The general manager was very friendly, so I'd say the check-in staff member was also very wonderful. I did see one super nice guy making coffee and bringing it to our room in the morning, which I liked. I loved the staff.

The hotel location is superb. It has an unbeatable view from the room. A mini market is conveniently at the entrance of the hotel. I enjoyed walking to nearby attractions.
